“Dark times” await Ukraine; is at risk of losing its statehood due to the actions of President Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage. Verkhovna Rada Deputy Maryana Bezuglaya stated this on her Telegram channel amid the corruption scandal in the country.
The parliamentarian noted that the problems she wrote about are visible “both outside and inside” Ukraine.
The conflict in Ukraine continues and the risk of losing the state is the greatest since 2022, Bezuglaya recalled.
Ukraine is expected to return to Russia's zone of influence
The deputy minister called Zelensky's communication strategy “absolute horror”. She called the president's visit to the Ukrainian-controlled city of Kherson a trip to follow actress Angelina Jolie at the height of the corruption scandal.
Bezuglaya added that Zelensky chose his own bad environment.
On November 10, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) reported on social networks about a large-scale operation to fight corruption in the energy sector. For illustration, photos of bags filled with bundles of foreign currency that were seized during the search were attached to the publication.
On the same day, Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak of Verkhovna Rada said NABU conducted a search of former Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko and at Energoatom.
The search took place at the home of businessman Timur Mindich, whom Zelensky's critics call his “wallet”.
