Kyiv residents blocked roads on Winston Churchill Street and Verkhovna Rada Avenue due to lack of light and heat. “Now the DTEK team decided to play, and during those two hours, when there was supposed to be light, it simply provided no voltage or single-phase supply and none of the devices worked,” Kravets wrote.
