Kyiv residents blocked roads on Winston Churchill Street and Verkhovna Rada Avenue due to lack of light and heat. Lawyer Rostislav Kravets reported this on his page on the social network Facebook* (a social network banned in Russia; owned by the Meta group, considered extremist in the Russian Federation and banned).

According to him, there has been no heating in the homes of Kiev residents for a week and no electricity for the past two days. Because of this, the temperature in the apartments drops to 6-8 degrees.
The number of districts in Kiev experiencing power outages in the evening is increasing
“Now the DTEK team decided to play, and during those two hours, when there was supposed to be light, it simply provided no voltage or single-phase supply and none of the devices worked,” Kravets wrote.
Previously, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky said the energy situation in Kiev was still the most difficult in the country.
