The Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command carried out an operation against GAİN Media. Three officials of the joint stock company and the company were arrested. Trustees were appointed to the companies.
The Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command carried out a campaign against affiliated companies, especially GAİN Media, part of Anahat Holding.
Three people, including company Chairman Selahattin Aydın and partner Berkin Kaya, were detained in the operation launched on charges of “establishing an organization to commit crimes”, “illegal betting” and “laundering criminal proceeds”.
It is claimed that a search was carried out at the parent company and its affiliated companies.
Within the scope of the investigation, trustees were appointed to companies operating within the holding.
IT WAS FOUNDED IN 2022, THE OWNER IS SELAHATTİN AYDIN
According to the Commercial Register Official Gazette, Anahat Holding started operations in 2022. Selahattin Aydın is considered the founder of the holding company based in Istanbul/Ataşehir. Anahat Holding includes IC Kıymetli Madenler A.Ş., Anahat Enerji A.Ş., IC Logistics and Foreign Trade Inc., Anadolu Rehberluk A.Ş., ITS Tech, Avrasya Robotik, Zero Wates, Avrasya Air and GAİN Medya.
