
Rain is expected across Türkiye over the weekend. There is a possibility of tornadoes and hail in the Aegean and Mediterranean seas. In the new week, the temperature will drop an average of 5 degrees, and snow will begin to fall in the highlands of the Central and Eastern provinces.
According to predictions of the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM), Türkiye is being affected by a new round of rain.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected in Marmara, Aegean, Western Mediterranean and Western Central Anatolia. It is estimated that rainfall will be heavy in the western areas of Marmara, the Aegean and the Western Mediterranean, and will be very heavy in places around the southern coast of the Aegean and the Gulf of Edremit.

Expect fog and occasional fog in urban areas at night and in the morning.
MGM also issued a yellow warning for Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Denizli, İzmir and Manisa, and a code orange heavy rain and storm warning for Muğla.

During the new week, snow is expected to fall in highlands in the Central Anatolia and Eastern Anatolia regions.

– Izmir is 18 degrees.
– Adana is 25 degrees.
– Ankara 15 degrees.

– Malatya is 7 degrees.
– Diyarbakir is 15 degrees.
