TOKİ, which started organizing lucky draws for 500 thousand houses in 81 provinces, will allow people to own 1+1 and 2+1 houses with suitable installment plans. The prize draw of 500 thousand housing units, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and TOKİ, has begun. The first home deliveries are expected to be made in earthquake zones in 2026 and in other cities in March 2027.
WHAT WILL THE HOUSE LIKE?
Within the scope of the campaign, homes will be offered for sale with a 10% down payment and maturity options of up to 240 months.
200 thousand apartments in the project will include 2+11 apartments of 80 square meters, 150 thousand apartments will include 2+1 apartments of 65 square meters, and the remaining 150 thousand apartments will include 1+1 apartments of 55 square meters.
