Police teams investigating the robbery in Bandırma caught the thieves in Bursa Mustafakemalpaşa with 46 sacks of walnuts.
Police teams took action after the theft that occurred yesterday in the Kuşcenneti neighborhood of Bandırma district of Balıkesir.
The robbery suspects were arrested in Bursa Mustafakemalpaşa with about 1 ton of walnuts they stole. In the Bursa Police Department's statement on the incident, the following statements were made:
“Due to the work of Mustafakemalpaşa District Police Department teams regarding the theft that occurred on January 11, 2025 in Kuşcenneti district of Balıkesir province, Bandırma district, the people and vehicles that carried out the theft were identified. 46 sacks (about 1 ton) of stolen walnuts were arrested along with 2 suspects of the incident and handed over to the District Gendarmerie Command Bandırma.
