A helicopter crashed into a house in Russia's Dagestan Autonomous Republic due to technical problems. Four people died in the accident.
A helicopter of the “Ka-226” type crashed into a house in the settlement of Achisu in the Autonomous Republic of Dagestan.
Emergency services teams were dispatched to the scene and firefighters extinguished the fire.
President of the Autonomous Republic of Dagestan Sergey Melikov said in his statement on the Telegram channel: “According to initial findings, 4 people were killed. 3 injured people had to be hospitalized.” he said.
It was reported that the helicopter was carrying employees of the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant. The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that the cause of the accident was due to technical problems.
