Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç met with the father of university student Rojin Kabaiş, who lost his life in Van, Nizamettin Kabaiş, his brother and uncle at the Ministry. Minister Tunç said, “The investigation is being carried out meticulously.”

In the post on his social media account, Minister Tunç said that they once again shared the pain that the Kabaiş family had to go through and stated that they had fully informed the family about all stages of the investigation.
Emphasizing that the investigation initiated by the Van Chief Prosecutor's Office regarding the death of Rojin Kabaiş has been carried out meticulously and multifaceted from the first moment, Tunç noted that all examinations requiring expertise were carried out without delay.
Stating that this process was carried out with great sensitivity and in coordination with all relevant organizations, Minister Tunç stated that they will always be with the grieving family.
Tunç stated that all necessary steps will continue to be taken to reveal the truth and ensure justice is served.
