
Air temperatures will drop in the north and interior areas, and sleet and snow are expected in higher elevations. There are showers in most parts of the country.
According to data from the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM), heavy rains are expected in the Southern Aegean, the inner areas of the Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia (except Eskişehir and Karaman), the inner areas of the Western Black Sea, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, northern Eastern Anatolia and around Adana, Osmaniye, Hatay, Sinop, Bitlis, Şırnak and Siirt.
It is estimated that areas within the Eastern Black Sea Region and the northeast of Eastern Anatolia will experience hail and occasional snow. Rainfall is expected to be heavy in places around the eastern Black Sea coast and Ordu.
According to MGM's forecast, which warned Artvin, Giresun, Ordu, Rize, Samsun and Trabzon with yellow code, fog and fog will appear in the south of Marmara and the North Aegean in the morning.
Air temperatures are forecast to decline in northern and central regions, remaining below seasonal norms in northern regions and around seasonal norms elsewhere.
