The investigation into the criminal organization allegedly involved in the armed conflict in different districts of Istanbul has been completed. Against this backdrop, a case was filed against a total of 33 suspects, 25 of whom were detained.
Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Bakırköy Chief Prosecutor's Office against the armed criminal organization known to the public as “Taşlar”, a lawsuit was filed against 33 defendants, 25 of whom were detained.
In the statement of the Chief Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that the investigation carried out against the suspects, who were found to be involved in various armed conflicts in various districts, especially Esenler district, and who tried to threaten other criminal organizations and social peace by live broadcasting their actions on social network accounts called Tiktok and Instagram, has been completed.
It was stated that a public lawsuit was filed at the Bakırköy 3rd High Criminal Court against a total of 33 people, 25 of whom were detained, in connection with 24 separate actions carried out by the armed criminal organization known to the public as Taşlar, whose leader was prisoner Ramazan Taş, known as Ümit.
In the statement, the suspects were charged with “intentional murder”, “violation of the Law on Use of Firearms, Knives and Other Instruments”, “forming and becoming a member of an organization for the purpose of committing a crime”, “intentionally causing serious injury with a weapon”, “causing damage to property”, “violation of immunity at work”, “intimidation with a weapon by taking advantage of the intimidating power of the organization with more than one person”, “depriving a person of liberty”, “violation right to privacy”. and that he was ordered to be punished for “qualified plunder.”
