Yaşar Yılmaz, 59, was killed by a bullet from his son's rifle with whom he was arguing.
An argument between father and son in Çorum ended in murder. The incident happened at night in the Buharaevler neighborhood. Allegedly, an argument broke out between Yaşar Yılmaz and his 37-year-old son MY for unknown reasons. The incident turned into a fight, MY used a rifle to shoot at his father.
When surrounding residents reported hearing gunshots, medical teams and police were dispatched to the scene. Medical teams determined Yaşar Yılmaz died at the scene. Police opened a large-scale investigation to arrest the fleeing suspect.
