Resul Kandemir, 46 years old, from Istanbul, decided to move to Germany in 2024.
Kandemir made a deal with a visa consulting company he found on the internet and returned 5 thousand euros. However, the process did not go as he expected and as a result, he accused the visa consulting company of fraud.
Stating that the visa consulting company kept delaying it, Kandemir said: “I applied with the hope of being sent abroad as a worker. They promised unskilled jobs such as packing goods and packing parcels in Germany for a year. We gave these euros to speed up this work. He said it would be brought to Germany in 40-45 days.”
“I'M AFRAID THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ELSE WITH MY PASSPORT”
The process did not progress as Kandemir expected. Allegedly, the process for Resul Kandemir, who was expected to arrive in Germany within a few months, took up to 1 and a half years.
“What did they say when you asked for your passport?” Kandemir answered the question: “They said 'I will see you in court'. I'm afraid they will do something else with my passport. Kidnapping is like forgery.”
REGISTER CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
Kandemir, who filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office after not receiving a response from the company, said: “I expected that they would come back to me and return my passport and money. Let them give me the money and I will cancel the complaint. I ask the state to be sensitive in this matter.”
