A motorcyclist stopped in Aksaray due to excessive exhaust emissions was fined 9 thousand 267 liras.
While patrolling on Yeni Sanayi Road in Aksaray, teams from the Provincial Police Department's Traffic Registration and Inspection Branch stopped a motorbike with license plate number 68 AFZ 105 that was making loud noises and checked the driver's license and driver registration of the driver named YL (17 years old).
The driver's motorbike did not detect any negative effects during the inspection. Crews determined the motorcycle had an excessive exhaust during inspection, citing loud noises.
After that, the traffic police initiated a criminal prosecution and fined the young driver 9 thousand 267 liras. The motorbike was then banned from circulation.
