The minimum salary price list for lawyers has been updated. According to the new tariff, 30 thousand liras will be paid to lawyers for initiating a rent lawsuit, 9 thousand liras for enforcement related to this case and 20 thousand liras for eviction. If the case loses, the other party will have to pay the same fee. In addition to this cost, a number of fees will have to be paid to the court. Lawyer fees are 45 thousand lira in divorce cases and 65 thousand lira in high penalty cases.
The new minimum salary price schedule for lawyers takes effect after it is published in the Official Gazette.
According to the published tariff, the fees that public, private and legal entities and organizations must pay to their contracted lawyers will be at least 33 thousand TL, and litigation fees will be from 9 thousand TL to 120 thousand TL.
While the fee for verbal consultation with a lawyer in the office is determined at 4 thousand TL for the first hour and 1,800 TL for each subsequent hour, the fee for oral consultation for up to 1 hour at the call is 7 thousand TL.
A 36 % INCREASE HAS BEEN MADE In the written statement of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB) on the new tariffs, the following statements were made: “In the Minimum Salary Tariff for Lawyers 2025-2026, an average increase of 36.15% in fixed fees was achieved. In addition, a new section of 13% was added to the third part determining the proportional Tariff fee.”
CIVIL CASES STARTED: 45 THOUSAND LIRAONE
According to information provided by lawyers, the fixed fee determined in first instance cases is 45 thousand TL.
(In case of renting a house) The fee is determined to be 30 thousand TL at the conciliation civil court.
The fixed fee for lawsuits conducted in the consumer court is determined to be 22 thousand 500 TL.
The fixed fee for proceedings in enforcement agencies is 9 thousand TL, and for enforcement proceedings related to eviction is 20 thousand TL.
SERIOUS CASE 65 THOUSAND LIRA
The fixed fee for cases pursued in high criminal and juvenile courts has increased to 65 thousand TL.
The fixed fee determined in cases proceeding without trial in the tax and administrative court is 30 thousand TL.
According to Article 35 of the Law Law, the fee payable by contract lawyers when working in a joint stock company has increased to 45 thousand TL.
The amount payable to the contract lawyer required to be present in the construction of the cooperative was determined to be 27 thousand TL.
