A fire broke out at a recycling plant in the Organized Industrial Area in Samsun's Bafra district for unknown reasons.
In just a short time, the fire spread to other areas of the facility and spread more and more. 13 fire engines, 4 TOMA vehicles, 8 wastewater trucks and 50 staff were dispatched to the scene. In addition, many AFAD teams and gendarmes were appointed.
The intervention of teams on the dike continues. Samsun Governor Orhan Tavlı, Bafra District Governor Mustafa Altınpınar and Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Brigadier General Mustafa Bakçepınar also arrived at the scene and investigated.
