
Former İZ-TARIM A.Ş. who were detained during an unusual bidding operation in Izmir. Two suspects, including the Director General of MO, were arrested.
2 of the 5 suspects detained in connection with the alleged forgery of the execution of two tenders in Izmir were arrested and 3 of them were released on conditions of judicial control.
Procedures at police stations for suspects arrested in Izmir and Giresun have been completed.
Among the suspects brought to court was İZTARIM A.Ş. MO, General Director and bidding officer of the company and O.Ö., legal representative of the contractor company in the bidding. They were arrested by the magistrate to whom they were brought.
Among the suspects are CHP's Konak City R&D Director and KBK tender officer, DK city civil servant and A.İ city worker. He was released on condition of judicial control.
OBJECTION TO THE DECISION ON JUDICIAL CONTROL
In the statement of the Izmir Chief Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that the KBK suspect added receipts showing that 209 thousand 933 liras were transferred to the account of Konak Municipality and that the 6th Criminal Justice of the Peace of Izmir, which made the decision, considered this.
In addition, suspects KBK, DK and A.İ. It was stated that there was a protest against the decision of judicial control against him by the Izmir Chief Prosecutor's Office, demanding to continue the trials in detention.
WHAT HAPPENED?
The Izmir Chief Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation into the crime of forgery in the execution of 2 different acts after the submission of a report by the Chairman of the Izmir City Inspection Committee stating that there were irregularities in the tender for the construction of the Izmir City subsidiary IZTARIM A. which was combined and continued in a coordinated manner.
Within the scope of the investigation, detention orders were issued for five suspects, four of whom were detained in Izmir in a simultaneous operation, and O.Ö. He was arrested in Giresun.
