
A person poisoned by carbon monoxide gas leaking from a stove in Sinop's Boyabat district has died.
His son went to the house of Mustafa Doğdu (78 years old), who lived alone on the upper floor of a two-story building in Köprübaşı district, Çatpınar village of Boyabat, and saw his father lying motionless on the bed.
The medical team arrived at the house following the announcement and found Doğdu dead.
It was determined that Doğdu, who was taken to the morgue of Boyabat 75. Yıl State Hospital, died from poisoning caused by carbon monoxide released from the stove.
Doğdu's body was buried at the Çatpınar village cemetery after afternoon prayers at Hacı Ergün Gürbüz Mosque.
