A weak magnetic storm predicted by scientists has begun to appear on Earth. This was reported by the Institute of Applied Geophysics (FSBI “IPG”).

The level of disturbance in the Earth's magnetic field (power) is at G1 on a 5-level scale, where G5 is “extremely strong” and G1 is “weak”.
Previously, experts from the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Institute of Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences noted that a coronal hole on the Sun will likely begin to affect Earth on October 12, possibly causing a magnetic storm.
