(According to the address-based registration system), d) People residing in districts identified as City Centers of centrally run municipalities (Appendix Table) will be able to register for the project to be carried out in the city center. e) If there is no project within the scope of mobilization in the district of residence; Applications for Projects can be submitted at the City Center. These apartments will be offered for sale with a state guarantee, 10% down payment and a term of 240 months. Installments will start from 7 thousand 313 liras in Istanbul and 6 thousand 750 liras in other provinces. Applications to participate in the project will be received from November 10 to December 19. Construction and bidding of the project will begin in November and the first lottery will be drawn in December. Home deliveries are expected to start from March 2027.After President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the “Century Housing Project”, citizens curious about the project applied to CİMER. Citizens excited about owning a home and registering their information expressed their gratitude to President Erdoğan, the State of the Republic of Türkiye and Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum. In the application, people answered questions such as “whether the project includes them or not”, “whether there is a quota for people with disabled children”, “housing” or not. After three years, the houses will be rented to new beneficiaries. The rental price will be half the market price. With the “Century Housing Project” the aim is to build safe, modern houses against the risk of natural disasters, on the other hand, aiming for people to own houses with favorable conditions in 81 provinces and cities.
