
Three agricultural workers who wanted to paint and whitewash their homes in Ankara's Polatlı district were poisoned by additives they added to the paint. A total of 5 people, including a baby and 3 children at home with the workers, were taken to the hospital. It is said that the condition of the workers and the baby is serious.
Three agricultural workers wanted to paint and whitewash the house they were staying in on Ermiş Street in Yenimahalle, Polatlı district of Ankara, and a baby at home was sick.
112 emergency medical teams were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports from people who saw workers and a baby found unconscious due to additives added to the paint.
After receiving first aid at the scene, four people were transferred to Bilkent City Hospital. It is known that the condition of 3 agricultural workers and a baby at home who are believed to have been poisoned by additives is in critical condition.
AFAD's chemical biological radionuclide (CBRN) threat experts have opened an investigation into the incident.

According to available information, 4 more people, including 3 children, were taken to the hospital for suspected poisoning. Thus, the number of people transported to the hospital increased to 8. Investigations into the incident by teams continue.
