The investigation once again appealed to Moscow's Tagansky Court with a request to arrest in absentia the producer of the film “Tender May” Andrei Razin. So reminiscent RIA Novostihe was charged with massive fraud.
According to sources from this agency, the trial on this matter is expected to take place on December 26. At the same time, the investigation agency had previously applied to the court with a similar request but it was later withdrawn. What this is connected to is not specified.
Moscow investigators accused Razin in absentia of large-scale fraud with poet Sergei Kuznetsov's money, totaling about 500 million rubles. Immediately after the start of the criminal case, the manufacturer left Russia.
