The fire, which started from an oil tanker traveling on Pozantı-Tarsus Highway and spread to a forest area, has been extinguished.
A fire broke out at midnight on a moving oil tanker in the Çamalan location on the Pozantı-Tarsus Highway in the Pozantı district of Adana. The fire spread to nearby forests. Upon receiving the notice, firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
Because the fire was extinguished by crews, tankers could not be used and some trees were partially burned. Traffic congestion due to the fire was controlled in a short time.
