Meteorology warns of heavy rain in the western provinces and strong winds in Marmara and the Aegean coast. On Friday, the rain intensified.
According to the prediction of the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM), today the Aegean coastal region and Manisa, Edirne, Kırklareli and Antalya will have heavy rain.
It is estimated that there will be very heavy showers around Izmir, Manisa, Edirne and Çanakkale on Friday and Saturday. Starting from Saturday, all Western provinces will have heavy rain and fog in the inner provinces.
Temperatures across the country are expected to continue to be above seasonal normal.
MGM has issued a strong wind warning for western Marmara and the Aegean coastal region, with speeds of up to 40-60 km/h.

– Edirne is 19 degrees.
– Istanbul is 20 degrees.
– Denizli 20 degrees.
– Izmir is 21 degrees.
– Adana is 24 degrees.
– Ankara is 17 degrees.
– Samsun is 22 degrees.
– Malatya 6 degrees.
– Diyarbakir is 15 degrees.
– Gaziantep 18 degrees.
