The Anchovy Festival held for the 3rd time this year in Çayeli district witnessed colorful scenes. At the festival held on the district beach, 2 tons of anchovies are grilled in oil to serve tourists.
During the festival attended by thousands, participants turn to grilled meat with anchovies offered. At the event, staff had difficulty raising anchovies, 2 tons of anchovies were consumed in 2 hours.

It was worth the wait.” he said.
