In Antalya, a person killed a 69-year-old man, who he believed was having an affair with his mother, with 22 stab wounds in the middle of the street.
Gökay S., who worked as a worker in the municipality in Antalya's Kaş district, started arguing in the middle of the street with the hotel's night watchman, Yusuf Aygül, who he believed was having an affair with his mother. As the argument escalated, Gökay S. stabbed Aygül multiple times with the knife he was carrying and then ran away.
Receiving notice from surrounding people, teams were sent to the scene. Yusuf Aygül, who received first aid from the medical team, was taken by ambulance to Kaş State Hospital. Aygül, who was treated here, could not be saved despite all the efforts of doctors. It was determined that Yusuf Aygül had 22 knife wounds on his body.
Police teams quickly seized Gökay S. with knives and arrested him. It was recorded that Gökay S. learned that his mother Meral S. (58 years old) and Yusuf Aygül were in a relationship and had not come home for about 2 months.
