The earthquake storm continues in Balıkesir Sındırgı. Finally, three new earthquakes with a magnitude of 4.7 occurred at 06.16, then at 06.20 and 06.21 with a magnitude of 4.2.
Aftershocks continued to occur in the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir, which was declared a “Natural Disaster Area Affecting Public Life” after the 6.1 magnitude earthquake that occurred on August 10 and October 27.
According to AFAD Earthquake Department data, a magnitude 4.7 earthquake occurred in Sındırgı at 06:16. The depth of the earthquake was measured at 12.31 km.
Four minutes later, it was shaken again by a 4.2 magnitude aftershock centered in Sındırgı. A minute later, another earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 occurred. The depths of these earthquakes were recorded at 7 and 7.89 km, respectively.
