8 out of 10 suspects arrested in online fraud operations carried out in 8 provinces, concentrated in Yalova, have been arrested.
Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams carried out simultaneous operations in Istanbul, Adana, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Kırklareli, Mersin and Yalova-based Iğdır against qualified fraudulent individuals using information systems.
During operations, AKÖ. in Yalova, MG in Istanbul, ME in Adana, MC in Diyarbakır, MTY, MSÖ. in Gaziantep, M.Ç., A.Ö. in Kırklareli, E.Ö. in Mersin. and ST was detained in Iğdır. AKÖ., MG, M.Ç., A.Ö., MC, ST, MTY and MSÖ were among the suspects brought to court after their proceedings at the gendarmerie. They were arrested by the court and sent to prison.
E.Ö. and the ME was released on condition of judicial control.
When searching the suspects' homes and workplaces, 6 mobile phones and 6 SIM cards were seized.
