A body was found on the riverbank in Bartın. A large-scale investigation has been conducted into the incident.
People going to the riverbank from Balamba Street in Çaydüzü District in Bartın encountered an unexpected scene in the water. People discovered a motionless body in the river and called the emergency switchboard 112 and reported it.
Police, fire brigade and ambulance were dispatched to the scene. Crews arrived at the scene and discovered the body in the river. Following the intervention of the teams, work was started to identify the lifeless body brought out of the water.
While the body was taken to Bartın State Hospital for identification, police teams launched a large-scale investigation into the incident.
