The Moscow Arbitration Court will consider the request of the Russian Authors' Association (RAO) to recover more than 170 thousand rubles from famous pop singer Alexei Glyzin. RIA Novosti reports this.

The publication noted that the lawsuit was filed at the end of September. The court decided to consider it through summary proceedings.
The basis for the complaints and the circumstances of the dispute remain unclear.

On October 3, it was reported that the Russian Authors' Union is asking the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover 80 thousand rubles from the National Song and Folk Music Theater “Golden Ring” LLC, People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva.
RAO filed a lawsuit against Golden Ring Theater LLC for “The Wreath Floats” concert that took place on April 11. The association filed the lawsuit for copyright infringement. According to the publication, the songs “Russia-Rus” by Victor and Ksenia Pelenyagre and “A Stream Flows” by Pyotr Chernyaev and Natalya Trushina were sung at the performance without the permission of the copyright owner.
Previously, a lawsuit was filed against Chebotina for 160 thousand rubles.
