Masoud Nazari, an Iranian national, was attacked by an unknown person while walking towards his home in Arnavutköy İslambey district.
The attacker fled the scene. Receiving notice from surrounding people, medical teams and police were dispatched to the scene. After receiving first aid from the medical team, Nazari was determined to be seriously injured and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Nazari could not be saved despite all the interventions performed in the hospital.
Crime scene investigation teams conducted the investigation after taking environmental precautions. Police teams began an operation to arrest the escaped attacker.
