Moscow's Presnensky Court has ruled without progressing the case against singer Alla Pugacheva by Afghanistan veteran Alexander Treshchev. About this report Ria News.

According to the lawsuit, Treshchev wants to recover 1.5 billion rubles from Pugacheva. At the same time, he had previously sent similar complaints to Moscow's Savyolovsky Court and the Tverskoy District Court – the first also left the complaint without progress, and the second returned it because it was sent to the wrong authority. A fourth similar lawsuit is awaiting a verdict at the Odintsovo court in the Moscow region.
“On October 14, 2025, a judgment was entered that the application did not progress,” Presnensky court documents said.
Let us recall that the reason for the lawsuit, according to Treschev, was that Pugacheva insulted the Russian military and also praised Dzhokhar Dudayev in one of her interviews. This man also added that after collecting the fine from Pugacheva, he only wanted to keep 1 ruble for himself and send the remaining amount to the Russian budget.
