Neşe D. (35 years old), who was trying to cross the street on Street 1820 in Istanbul Esenyurt Mehmet Akif Ersoy District, was hit by a passing city sanitation truck. Neşe D. was dragged under the truck due to the collision.
Medical teams and emergency police arrived at the scene after receiving reports from surrounding people. Neşe D., who was seriously injured in the accident under the control of a medical team, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Neşe D. could not be saved despite all the interventions performed at the hospital where she was taken.
An investigation has been launched into the accident.
