Daria Zoteeva, known to the public as Instasamka, received a request for financial compensation. How report Komsomolskaya Pravda and Alfastrakhovanie Corporation demanded 2,503,113 rubles from Daria.
The lawsuit was received by the Moscow Arbitration Court on October 7, 2025, the reason given was certain economic disputes in civil legal relations. Journalists remember Daria's PR campaign for this company. We are talking about the scandal with the video “Alpha Female”, released in 2023.
The federal antitrust agency later even opened a case against Daria. But it later became known that the case was dropped because a detailed examination did not reveal any violations of the law.
The day before, Instasamka reported that stylist Nikolai Ovechkin had paid her debt. Previously, she said he had embezzled the money given to him to buy costumes needed to film the video for the song BOSS. The amount mentioned is three million rubles.
Daria tried to resolve the matter peacefully but Ovechkin failed to pay the debt. She later brought this story to the public. According to Instasamka, some of their colleagues and stylists also took money first and then disappeared. The rapper noted that the stylist compensated her and her team for all damages only due to the public outcry.
