An argument broke out in Samsun's Canik district during childbirth between Pınar C. and her ex-husband Ümit P. Meanwhile, Ümit P's brother Onur P (27 years old) used a gun to shoot Pınar C.'s husband Emrullah C. (32 years old).
The incident occurred in the morning in Belediyeevleri district of Canik district. Allegedly, Pınar C. went to the Mavi Işıklar Child Delivery Center to pick up the child from her ex-husband Ümit P.. Here, an argument broke out between Emrullah C., Pınar C.'s husband, and Onur P., Ümit P.'s brother due to her last marriage. As the argument escalated, Onur P opened fire on Emrullah C, who got into his car and left the scene with a gun drawn from his waist. Emrullah C was injured when a bullet grazed his head. Emrullah C., who came to the hospital by his own vehicle, was discharged after treatment. The police agency examining the scene determined that the car was hit by two bullets.
