The slum, which was said to have been vacant for some time in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, became unusable due to a fire.
A fire broke out in a shabby house located on Tepe Üstü Street, Fetihtepe District, Beyoğlu District of Istanbul at around 12 o'clock for unknown reasons.
Fire crews and police were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports from people who saw smoke rising from the building.
Firefighters arrived shortly and intervened in the fire. Thanks to the efforts of the firefighters, the fire was controlled and extinguished.
Although no one died or was injured in the fire, the shanty town became unusable.
