
By HSK 1st Chamber, Anatolian Chief Prosecutor Fatih Dönmez was appointed as Istanbul Chief Prosecutor, and Ankara Deputy Prosecutor Mehmet Beşir Güven was appointed as Istanbul Anatolian Chief Prosecutor.
The new appointment is made according to the decision of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK).
HSK 1st Chamber finalized its decisions in today's meeting to determine the new Chief Prosecutor of Istanbul and make changes in several tasks, following the appointment of Akın Gürlek to the Ministry of Justice.
Fatih Dönmez became the Chief Prosecutor of Istanbul. Dönmez is holding the position of Anatolian Chief Prosecutor.
Accordingly, Istanbul Chief Anatolian Prosecutor Fatih Dönmez was appointed as Istanbul Chief Prosecutor and Ankara Deputy Prosecutor Mehmet Beşir Güven was appointed as Istanbul Anatolian Chief Prosecutor.
In addition, Beykoz Chief Prosecutor Harun Bulut was appointed as Deputy Chief Prosecutor Küçükçekmece, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Sakarya Neceattin Öztürk was appointed Chief Prosecutor Beykoz, Chief Prosecutor Silivri Orhan Sağlam was appointed Prosecutor of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice, Prosecutor Barış Kurt was appointed Chief Prosecutor Silivri, Prosecutor Istanbul Serhat Tellioğlu was appointed as Deputy Public Prosecutor of Küçükçekmece, and Ankara Public Prosecutor Nuri Gül was appointed as Deputy Public Prosecutor of Ankara.
