People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina handed over the keys to a luxury apartment in Khamovniki to home buyer Polina Lurie. Now the real estate artist has a country house in the village of Slavino near Moscow and a small apartment in the capital's Lefortovo district, aif.ru reports.
“Khrushchevka” cannot be compared with luxury apartments in Khamovniki. The house has only four entrances, with a children's playground and shops nearby. The nearest metro is almost 2 km away,” the newspaper reported.
As mentioned, Dolina bought a two-room apartment on Tankov Proyezd in Lefortovo in 2006. This house is located in a 5-story building built in 1961. According to neighbors, she never lived there. Some time ago, the residents of the house met the singer's daughter at the entrance, but now no one passes by her. The apartment had no bell and the windows had no lights, the journalists wrote.
Previously, it was reported that Dolina's transfer of the apartment to Polina Lurie was completed. The buyer has received the keys and can now begin repairs. The female singer also commented on the real estate transfer process, saying she had found a new place to live. However, she did not specify where it was located.
