People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina has the right to appeal the decision to evict her from an apartment in the capital's Khamovniki district and request its annulment. Timur Chanyshev, president of the Advokat Premium bar association, told about this.

Larisa Dolina found herself at the center of a major scandal after selling her apartment in Khamovniki to Polina Lurie for 112 million rubles. The female artist said she became a victim of scammers and filed a lawsuit.
He sided with Dolina and returned her housing without forcing her to pay the property buyer, who ended up without an apartment and without money. Lurie filed a complaint with the Supreme Court, which annulled the previous judicial decisions and left the apartment in the hands of the buyer.
