Four suspects were detained within the scope of an investigation initiated based on allegations that a 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted and harassed in Samsun's Çarşamba district.
According to information obtained, the EEO victim (15 years old) filed a complaint, claiming that she was sexually assaulted by her boyfriend MS (23) on December 18, 2025. In her testimony, the EEO victim also claimed that the suspects named HK (27) and SD (24) were friends of her ex-girlfriend who asked her out on dates on different dates and that she had sex with these people with her consent.
The EEO victim also filed a complaint against this person, claiming that SK (31 years old) harassed her after she did not accept his offer of sex. It is known that the victim confirmed that she did not take any action against the suspect named MK (33 years old) and did not complain about this person.
Within the scope of the initiated proceedings, on the instructions of the prosecutor, the victim girl was transferred to the Samsun Children's Supervision Center (ÇİM) for testimony and forensic examination. While MS, HK, SD and SK were detained under investigation, MK was released following his statement.
